Textile Weaving

Fabric dyeing

The dyeing process used in our industry is the bath dyeing process, which involves immersing the fabric in a hot dye bath where the dyes penetrate the fibers.

This process is carried out after the weaving process to achieve the desired color.

Fabric washing

After the dyeing process, the materials go through a washing process to remove any excess unfixed dye and impurities as well as to soften the texture. They are then subjected to finishing processes such as drying and smoothing.
